My dearest Linda,

I hope you've had the merriest Christmas. I'm glad you followed the URL, and the presentation of your gifts made you smile in good humor, and the gifts themselves keep you warm and comfy.

Your love was given to me when I least expected, born out of friendship and faith. It was and is a gift, and greater than any gift I can ever give you. It is my conviction that our pairing was of divine nature, like when the Archangel Rafael lead Tobias to Sarah. I find myself humbled that our loving and merciful savior has given us each a chance at true love, despite our mistakes.

I thank you dearly for the depth and fruits of our love, most notably how you welcome me as a member of your precious family, and also how you love my children. I long to, daily, work out our own salvation together, and lead our children to Christ.

I love you, and long to give my whole self to you. I seek to lead you and thus serve you.

And also someday get you gifts that I only joke about today.
